MDF
MDF, medium density fiberboard, has won a wide market with its excellent price advantage since its inception. The main material is a mixture of wood fibers or plant fibers, glued together by hot pressing. The surface is smooth and can be coated with melamine paper to make furniture. The MDF with PVC film is used for flooring and 3D carving MDF for wall decoration,ect.The usage is very extensive.
The density is between 650-860KG/M3, the thickness is between 1-30MM, and the size is 3x6 feet or 4x8 feet. Other sizes need to be customized. According to functional classification, it can be divided into green moisture-proof density board (HDMR), red fireproof density board, melamine MDF, Plain MDF, MDF wave board, MDF groove board and other products.
Plywood
Plywood, also known as multi-layer board or laminated board, is one of the three major artificial boards. Its history can be traced back to 1812. Since the French mechanic obtained the first patent for a single panel saw, its quality gradually stabilized in the 1890s.
With its diverse veneer types, easy processing, and wide application, it gradually became accepted by the market. The dimensions are usually 3x6 feet, 4x8 feet, etc., and there are some special sizes that can be customized. The thinnest thickness is 1mm, and the thickest can reach 30mm. Environmental protection levels include E0, E1, and E2. According to their functions, they can also be divided into packaging plywood, furniture plywood, Film face plywood, flame retardant plywood, Fancy plywood,melamine plywood,Full birch plywood, etc.
Particle Board
Particle board, also known as particle board, is made by cutting logs, branches, sawdust, etc. into fragments of a certain size, drying them, and then hot pressing them with a certain amount of glue. The manufacturing process relies entirely on machines, so the quality is less affected by human factors and relatively stable.
It is also one of the common furniture panels, with the same size as plywood, usually 4x8 feet, but the difference is that its length can be arbitrarily long, which is determined by its manufacturing characteristics. Its price is slightly lower than that of plywood of the same specifications, with a density higher than it, often at 680kg/m3, and a thickness ranging from 9-30MM. It can also be manufactured with a thickness of 50mm or even 60mm. It is further divided into Plain particle board, Melamine particle board, Hollow particle board, OSB, LSB, etc.
Glued Laminated Timber
Engineered wood , also know ad composite wood. It is a type of wood product created by wood strip with adhesives . The wood-like products produced by this process often exhibit improved performance.

WPC
WPC, Wood Plastic Composite, is a new type of composite material. Made by squeezing, shaping, and laminating a certain proportion of plastic and wood powder through a machine. Due to its own material characteristics, it has its own water resistance, corrosion resistance, termite resistance, recyclability and other characteristics. With special additives, it can also achieve flame retardant, anti-static, anti-aging and other characteristics.
The width and thickness are determined by different molds, and the length mainly includes 2200/2400/3000/3600/5800mm, which can be customized. There are hundreds of surface colors to choose from, Mainly divided into indoor WPC and outdoor WPC,and the types can be divided into:Wall panels, silent panels, Great Wall panels, ceiling planks, baseboards, flooring, etc
